ONE FLORIDA PERSON has become the world’s richest lottery millionaire, as the only winner of the second biggest lottery jackpot in history.Only one ticket matched all numbers in the Powerball draw, a lottery played by customers in 43 US states, the District of Columbia and the US Virgin Islands. The jackpot in yesterday’s Powerball draw, of $590.5 million (€454.8 million), was the second-biggest in history. The only time a jackpot has ever been bigger was in a Mega Millions draw last year, but in that case the $656 million prize was split between three winners. While the US lottery system levies income taxes on any winnings – unlike in Ireland, where all National Lottery winnings are tax free – the cash value of the prize, $376.9 million (€290.3 million), is still the single biggest prize ever won.The lottery requires entrants to match five numbers out of 59, and one ‘Powerball’ number out of 35 – meaning the odds of winning are an eye-watering 175,223,510-to-one.The size of the jackpot means it is possible – in theory, at least – to buy a ticket with every single possible combination of numbers, spending $2 on each ticket. This would mean that the cash prize in this week’s draw would be almost $22 million more than the $350,447,020 it would cost to buy every possible ticket. In those circumstances, however, someone holding every possible ticket would run the risk of sharing the main jackpot – and face a significant financial loss as a result.Previously: Is it possible to guarantee a profit in the Euromillions? Just recently Toshiba announced a new Android tablet, the 13-inch Excite 13. It’s 13.3-inches on the diagonal, has a full SD slot, and weighs 2.2 pounds. While the Excite 13 is certainly not small compared to the competition (OK, it’s quite large), the device is actually just a start when it comes to the more-is-better school of product design. And it got us thinking… what are some other wonderfully over-sized gadgets? Some of these specimens have been relegated to our basements, garages, and attics, but they are still memorable because of their extraordinary scale, while others are new but have bucked the trend of miniaturization that is so prevalent in technology today.Large laptop: HP HDX DragonHP’s HDX Dragon was a 20.1-inch laptop that weighed in at 15.5 pounds and sold for $4500. It was so big that the 1920×1080 display didn’t have a normal hinge, rather it lifted up on a monitor arm not unlike the one on a standard LCD display. The clever mechanism made is so that the screen was independently tiltable, allowing for one of the most adjustable laptop displays ever. The system, which was released in the Windows Vista era, packed two hard drives, a full number pad, a TV tuner, and a sound system that featured four speakers and a subwoofer, all of which are benefits of its size. That battery life was reportedly under 2 hours, not that this computer would be able to fit in any laptop bag you owned.Capacious computer case: Lian-Li PC-343B computer caseLian Li’s PC-343 is a famously huge product from the respected maker of aluminum computer cases. Measuring 460mm cubed (3.375 cubic feet), this beast holds eighteen 5.25-inch bays and three 120mm fans. Using Lian Li’s expensive bay converters it would be possible to cram this thing with up to 30 hard drives. It’ll hold two power supplies to power all those disks plus some huge video cards, so it’s like cramming a room full of workstations into a single case. The aluminum cube beast is still available for purchase, at about $350.Immense input device: Wacom Cintiq 24HDOf all the huge devices featured here, the Cintiq 24HD might just be the most reasonable. This 24-inch pen display is designed to make it as easy and accurate as possible for artists and designers to get their ideas onto the computer, without a mouse and keyboard. Drawing on the Cintiq is like using a monitor combined with a drafting table… it’s actually quite a nice experience. And the size makes sense because nothing would be more disruptive than drawing an image that you need to constantly move around, with parts of it going out of view. The size gives the user a 1920×1200 canvas, a comfortable working angle (including the ability to extend over the edge of the desk), and easy to access controls. This $2800 device measures a considerable 30.29 x 5 x 18.26 inches (collapsed) and weighs 68 pounds, so it’s quite a piece of hardware.Massive monitor: Sony GDM-FW900You might be surprised to learn that Sony’s GDM-FW900 was only a 24-inch monitor, but it very much qualifies for this list. Feeling confused? This bit of information might help: it was a CRT! This oversized Trinitron tipped the scales at 96.2 pounds and had dimensions of 19.7 x 22.5 x 10.6 inches, making it just a tad smaller then the Lian Li case above. Its resolution was 2304×1440 (the screen was 22.5-inch viewable), meaning that it could handle 1080p video (at up to 80Hz), even though it was first available in June 2002. It might seem like a dinosaur-sized relic today, but this is a legendary display that will still run you a few hundred dollars if you wanted to buy one… shipping not included.Monstrous mobile: Samsung Galaxy NoteWithout resorting to the “Zack Morris” phones from back-in-the-day (you know, the Motorola DynaTAC), mobile is one category where devices are getting larger and larger. While some call Samsung’s Galaxy Note a “phoblet” it is a mobile phone that people use to make calls and actually try to stuff into their over-sized pockets. The device is thin so these activities aren’t too bad, but with a 5.3-inch screen and at nearly 6 inches in length, this is stretching the limits of the mobile phone category.Tremendous television: Optoma 100-inch DLPThe obvious choice there would be one of those 100+ inch record breaking LCD TVs LG and Panasonic unveil at CES every year, but that would be forgetting about the time when televisions were truly gigantic. Sony had a 40-inch CRT, the WEGA KV-40XBR800 (pictured), which weighed 304 pounds and was so big that it included with a custom stand (a $499 value!). It’s just about as big as direct-view televisions ever got, but when it comes down do it, it’s just a minnow in the television pond. The big fish here is the Optoma 100-inch DLP. Remember DLP? It was that projection technology that lived briefly in between the CRT and flatscreens. We don’t hear about it much nowadays, but it made for some monsters. The TV reportedly weighed 750 pounds and was 38 inches deep… meaning you’re need a pretty large television room for it. It’s not clear if the Optoma 100-inch DLP was ever commercially available though, so Sony may take the crown once again.Any favorite huge gadgets you have hidden away in your basement? KIEV, Ukraine — Exit polls suggested candy tycoon Petro Poroshenko won Ukraine’s presidential election in the first round Sunday, a ballot that took place amid weeks of fighting in eastern regions where pro-Russia separatists have seized government buildings and battled government troops. The rebels had vowed to block the ballot in the east and less than 20 percent of the polling stations were open there. But nationwide, about 60 percent of the electorate turned out, the central elections commission said.Poroshenko, viewing the exit polls as definitive evidence of victory, said his first steps as president would be to visit the eastern industrial region of Donbass — home to Ukraine’s coal mines — and “put an end to war, chaos, crime and bring peace to the Ukrainian land.”Long lines of voters snaked around polling stations in Kiev, the pro-Western capital, but heavily armed pro-Russia rebels in eastern Ukraine intimidated locals by smashing ballot boxes, shutting down polling centers and issuing threats. The exit poll for Sunday’s election, conducted by three respected Ukrainian survey agencies, found the 48-year-old candy tycoon Poroshenko getting 55.9 percent of the vote.Poroshenko ducked the question whether he was prepared to work with Russian President Vladimir Putin but said Kiev would like to negotiate a new security treaty with Moscow. read more

Mark Wilson/Getty ImagesCarter Page, former foreign policy adviser for the Trump campaign, speaks to the media after testifying before the House Intelligence Committee on Nov. 2.A former national security adviser to the Trump campaign says he had concerns about Carter Page’s visit to Moscow in the summer of 2016 — chief among them the possibility that he would embarrass the campaign.J.D. Gordon also told NPR that Page as well George Papadopoulos, who recently pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his own Russia contacts, were marginal figures in the Trump world. Both men served as members of the then-candidate’s foreign policy team, but they were not central figures with a meaningful voice, he said.“They were peripheral members of a relatively peripheral advisory committee,” Gordon told NPR by text message. “They had no campaign email addresses, no assigned office space, no building passes, no responsibilities and very little access to campaign leadership.”He described Page and Papadopoulos as “volunteers,” adding that “nobody cared what they did or what they said, as long as they didn’t embarrass the campaign. Their roles are being grotesquely overblown for political reasons.”The entire campaign foreign policy team has come under increased scrutiny as more details have emerged about contacts between members of the Trump campaign and Russians.Papadopoulos has already pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his Russia interactions. According to court papers, a professor with links to the Russian government told Papadopoulos in April 2016 — months before the Russian hacks of the Democratic National Committee were public — that the Kremlin had “dirt” on Hillary Clinton in the form of thousands of emails.Papadopoulos reported back to senior campaign officials — now identified as Sam Clovis, Corey Lewandowski and Paul Manafort — about his communications with Russians and their proxies.Gordon, who worked as a Pentagon spokesman during the George W. Bush administration, said he learned about Papadopolous’ Russia contacts when the court documents were unsealed Oct. 30. With Page, however, Gordon was more directly involved.Gordon said Page asked about going to Moscow to speak at the commencement ceremony in July for the New Economic School, a Moscow university.“I did have concerns about Carter’s plan to visit Moscow,” Gordon said. “I declined to forward his request up the chain of command and told him it was a bad idea.”Asked why he was worried about Page’s trip, Gordon replied: “Many reasons, though embarrassing the campaign was a major factor.”In the end, Page did travel to Moscow. In the transcript from his testimony before the House Intelligence Committee, Page told lawmakers that he met with members of the Russian government, including a deputy prime minister, as well as representatives of state-owned businesses.Page offered his campaign colleagues a “readout” about his time in Moscow. In an email to Gordon and Tera Dahl, a former Breitbart columnist who was working with the campaign, Page said he would send them a memo “regarding some incredible insights and outreach I’ve received form a few Russian legislators and senior members of the presidential administration.”Page told lawmakers that he believes he did indeed send them a memo.Gordon told NPR that he doesn’t recall all of Page’s emails “and certainly not the one he allegedly sent from Russia.”After Page went around Gordon for permission from the campaign to go to Moscow, Gordon said he generally tuned him out.“I had absolutely zero desire to hear anything he had to say, and rarely spoke to him again,” he said. “And on those rare occasions, he never brought up his trip and I didn’t ask.”Copyright 2017 NPR. Remember when BioShock Infinite was set for release on October 16 this year? Then we suffered the disappointment that the game was being delayed until February 26, 2013. Well, get ready for another delay.Irrational Games creative director Kevin Levine has announced that BioShock Infinite has been delayed another month and will now launch on March 26. The reason is one of quality, and we have Rod Fergusson, former production director at Epic Games, to blame for the extra four weeks development time. Fergusson has spent a couple of months looking at the game and suggested another few weeks would allow the time necessary to ship the best game they can. Levine agreed. If you consider Medal of Honor: Warfighter recently had a Day 1 patch including 110 fixes, and then the Wii U had a multi-gigabyte release day patch, I don’t mind Irrational taking an extra month and avoiding a similar situation.I do have one concern, however. GTA V has been confirmed as a Spring 2013 release, which could mean a late March launch. It doesn’t matter how much marketing there is around the BioShock Infinite launch, if it arrives within a week or two of GTA V then sales will surely take a big hit. There’s no competing with GTA, and many games have shifted release dates to avoid it in the past.I doubt we’ll see anymore delays announced, unless of course Rockstar does decide to launch GTA V in the same week. If that happens, Irrational would be crazy to try and compete and should move the launch back to avoid it.via Videogamer.com read more

As the amalgamation of LAN and TAM airlines begins to settle, the newly-formed LATAM Airlines Group posted a net income of US$21.3 million for the third quarter of 2012.LATAM Airlines Group began the integration of its business units and the necessary transformations to achieve estimated merger synergies, including a one-time accounting charge of US$70.4 million and US$19.5 million worth of transaction-related expenses. These figures were not included in the net income reports. The LATAM Group said it had advanced in the turnaround process of the domestic Brazil passenger operations, maintaining capacity discipline during the quarter.Load factors improved by 10.6 percentage points compared to the third quarter 2011, however this was accompanied by a decreased demand for corporate travel.Total revenues for the third quarter 2012 depreciated by 3.8 percent compared with 2011 third quarter results, subject to a 2.4 percent decrease in passenger revenue and a 14.4 percent decrease in cargo revenue.“In addition to the challenges related to the transition to LATAM Airlines Group and to the turnaround of the Brazil domestic operations, operating revenues this quarter reflect the negative impact of the depreciation of the Brazilian currency and continued weak market demand in the cargo business,” LATAM Airlines Group said.“The work done during the first months of integration has allowed us to reaffirm our synergy target of between US$600 and US $700 million, to be fully achieved by the fourth year after the merger.”LATAM Airlines Group has also established new and improved agreements with international carriers, and has aligned particular commercial practices as well as parts of the on-board product on certain routes. The Group also provided an outlook for future company operations.“The Company expects passenger ASK (available seat kilometres) growth for full year 2012 for LATAM Airlines Group to be approximately three to four percent, mainly driven by the delivery of 40 passenger aircraft,” LATAM Airlines Group said.“Regarding cargo operations, LATAM expects cargo ATK (available tonne kilometres) growth between zero and two percent for full year 2012.”LATAM Airlines has forecast growth in both passenger and cargo operations for 2013. In a moody, black-clad Goth girl in the graceful body of a model, THEO PANAYIDES finds someone content with being sad Andriana Sophocleous is 1.82m tall and weighs about 59 kilos. This may seem an impersonal way of describing someone, but that’s how it goes in the world of modelling; indeed, the website for Madison Model Management – who’ve been Andriana’s agents almost from her first modelling job a couple of years ago – only supplies models’ names and measurements followed by their height, bra and shoe size, those being much more professionally pertinent details than their hobbies or interests, let alone what kind of people they are. In a word, they’re product.Andriana isn’t famous yet, and doesn’t really sound like she wants to be – but she’s “pretty well-known,” as she puts it, having done work (whether catwalks or fashion shoots) for Timinis, Adam Zohar and NatarGeorgiou and appeared in glossy magazines like Omikron, Must and Madame Figaro. Her walk isn’t that great in high heels – “I never really learned” – but she modelled for Madwalk last year, and may do the same this year. She usually gets about three jobs a month, on average, making around €100 a pop. That’s not very much, I point out. She inclines her head, as if gently reminding me of something I may have forgotten: “For an 18-year-old, it’s pretty okay”.She is indeed 18, the best years of your life according to some (nostalgic) people. Does she feel the way 18-year-olds are commonly presumed to feel? Andriana pauses, thinking about it; she’s blonde and blue-eyed – her mum is a Pole raised in Scotland – with freckles on her nose and a poised, rather dreamy expression. “Hmm… I mean, I don’t think I’m your typical 18-year-old,” she demurs uncertainly. “I mean, I’ve had a pretty rough past. I live with my aunt. I model… I don’t know, it’s kind of a weird phase.”We’re sitting in the garden of an old house in a slightly rundown part of Nicosia, surrounded by animals. There are six dogs – Voulas, Hera, Ares, Laika, Hermes and Nino – plus an assortment of cats, most of them neighbourhood cats who drift in and out. The only permanent resident is Yiannakis who seldom ventures out of the house, possibly embarrassed by the fact of being a female cat encumbered with a boy’s name (Andriana brings her out at the end; she has the lazy, well-fed look of the professional house-cat); others include ET – “’Cause he looks like an alien” – and The Kraken, as in ‘Release the Kraken’. Andriana’s aunt Antigone has already brought us fresh lemonade and the jam tart known as ‘pasta flora’, serving her niece two pieces of cake (to be fair, they’re small pieces; still, so much for anorexic models) before leaving us to it. “Who’s your favourite?” I ask Andriana – indicating the dogs who are barking, cradling in her lap and sniffing madly – surprising her in mid-mouthful. “Mm-hm-hm,” she mumbles, threatening to burst into giggles as she tries to indicate her favourite dog (Laika) and swallow the cake at the same time.Aunt Antigone is an artist, working as an art teacher at the Pancyprian Gymnasium which is also where her niece goes to school (she’s now graduated, barring only final exams at the end of this month). Why does Andriana live with her aunt – and previously her three cousins, who are now at university – however? She pauses again, as if taking a breath before diving down into murky waters. “Well, as I said, I had a pretty rough childhood,” she replies carefully, the domestic situation having grown especially toxic in her early teens when her nine-years-older brother was away studying, leaving Andriana alone in the chaos.Does she mean parents fighting and so on?“Yeah, fights and lies and – other bad things. Two years ago – around two years ago – there was a really big fight at home, and I had to call the police and an ambulance had to come, stuff like that.”Was she herself a victim of this violence?“No, no; only psychologically.” She chuckles nervously. “Yeah, things were tough, and from that night my aunt came, she picked me up, and I never went back.” Her folks are still in Cyprus – now divorced – but “we don’t have much contact”.Did they try to get in contact?“They did in the beginning. But they saw that I didn’t want anything to do with them, so they kind of – stopped.”Does she miss her old life? No, because of the fights, she replies at once – then thinks about it. “I guess I kind of miss something that wasn’t really real,” she ventures. “I miss the idea of having a family. But I know that I’m better off where I am now.”Aunt Antigone is a hero, of course; still, it can’t have been easy getting used to living in what is, after all, someone else’s home. (Andriana is currently installed in one of her cousins’ old bedrooms.) “We got on pretty well from the beginning,” she replies when I ask if she and her aunt had any problems. “I’m just… I’m kind of shy, so it makes people think –” She shakes her head, preferring to drop the subject – but later admits that it took her a whole year just to open up, “just to be able to say when I need something, when I want something”. For a year, I assume, she stayed in her shell, even though she’d been getting (and continues to get) regular counselling – and even though, by that time, she’d started modelling, which must surely be a boost to a troubled girl’s self-esteem.Well, maybe. But she is, it must be said, a reluctant model. “I don’t like makeup, I don’t like fashion!” she wails. “I just want to be myself.” Andriana was spotted in the street, at 16, by a man scouting models for a fashion designer – and, though initially sceptical, she decided to go for it. Before that point, she’d never even thought about modelling; even now, she doesn’t think there’s anything special about her, ascribing her success to the fact that there aren’t many tall, blonde, blue-eyed girls in Cyprus. “Don’t you think you’re beautiful?” I ask, deciding just to ask her point-blank. “No,” she replies at once. Really? She doesn’t? “No, no, no. I’m very uncomfortable with my looks.”What does modelling actually involve?“It involves – wait,” she replies, and breaks off to calm down the dogs, who are barking en masse at a passerby. “Sorry… OK. It involves a lot of hands on you – in your hair, in your face. People fixing you up, you not really talking”. She laughs, as if to say ‘What a job, eh?’. “That’s basically it. You’re just supposed to sit down and look pretty!”Do the other models enjoy it?“From what I see, they seem pretty content with what they’re doing. They’re laughing, they’re having fun. And usually I’m just [sitting] on the side, like, ‘OK, is it time to go out yet?’.” Doesn’t she chat with the others? “I try,” she replies with another nervous laugh. “But then the awkwardness and the shyness kicks in, so…”She’s shy, she keeps telling me so, “very shy and very closed-off”. She thinks of herself as a misfit, insists Andriana, “I’m just not into the stuff other kids my age are; I’m into alternative things”. She’s like some moody, black-clad Goth girl in the graceful body of a model. People at school see her (she presumes) as weird and awkward. How many really good friends would she say that she has in the world?“Uh, like two.”Why not more?“Uh… I think it’s mostly my fault, ’cause usually I feel like a person isn’t – different enough, so I just push them away. ’Cause I feel like they’re going to push me away, once they realise that I’m not… like that.”Do they expect her to be a certain way? Because of her looks, perhaps?“I don’t know,” she replies with a hint of desperation. “I just feel like, whatever the case, I’m going to disappoint them. So yeah, I just – keep away.”You don’t have to be 18 to sympathise with that kind of tricky emotional Catch-22: self-destruction as survival technique, a recalcitrant trait many end up carrying into adulthood – the hallmark of the sensitive person who fully expects rejection, and pre-empts it by rejecting the other. Human behaviour is complex, you could spend a lifetime trying to decipher it. “The world is, of course, nothing but our conception of it,” goes an Anton Chekhov quote which is also the intro on Andriana’s Facebook page; ‘Andriana Sophocleous (Melancholy)’ is the name at the top of that page. Why ‘melancholy’? “Because I usually am melancholy,” she replies candidly, defining the word as a sense of “being content with being sad”. Should we be content with being sad, though? Shouldn’t we try to be happy? “Well, it has its own, kind of, unique beauty. Being sad, and just being negative!”. She laughs at her own outrageousness. “Yeah, I dunno,” she concedes. “Being happy is all right as well.”How much of this is due to the trauma of a difficult childhood, and how much is simply a case of being 18? Hard to say – but there is an undoubted caginess to Andriana, all the more striking since she’s so obviously smart and articulate. It’s notable, for instance, that she loves art and poetry, which are both quite abstract – but not movies, which deal more directly with human emotions. (It’s like you don’t really trust people, I suggest. “I don’t,” she confirms.) It’s also notable that she mentions Charles Bukowski and Friedrich Nietzsche, whom she loves for being nihilists with a jaded view of the world. Come on, I tease light-heartedly, the world is beautiful!“No, I don’t think it is.”“You think human nature is inherently…?”“Evil,” she completes with a nod.Animals, on the other hand, delight her; they always have. She’d originally planned to be a vet, but couldn’t get the grades and has now switched to psychology (not counselling, even though it’s helped in her own life; she’s interested in forensic psychology, or even animal psychology). School, incidentally, seems to be little more than a minor distraction, allowing her to get good grades – she has an 18/20 average – with minimal effort; not because of the modelling, which she juggles easily enough, just because of “who I am as a person. I don’t want to study”.She may indeed be something of a neo-hippy, with potentially radical politics and a yen for a truly alternative lifestyle. She rails briefly against the “one per cent” who cause all the wars and manipulate ordinary people – and also seems to have little time for most of her peers, who live in a bubble and want nothing more than to settle down with a ‘safe’ degree and a good job. “Kids are starving, there are wars – and meanwhile kids [in Cyprus] are on their phone, they’re crying because their boyfriend left them, and I’m like ‘Hello?’.” Yet she doesn’t want to be an activist; quite the opposite, she wants to withdraw. She’d like to live somewhere “isolated,” says Andriana, “like, I dunno, in a forest somewhere… My dream actually is to build a farm and, like, have animals. So somewhere in Nature”. She also, very much, wants a family, “to live what I didn’t have the chance to” and give her own kids what her parents were unable to give her.So a farm, with some rugged farmer type, and about six kids and 20 dogs?“Yeah,” she replies, laughing delightedly. “That’s my ideal life!”Andriana Sophocleous may be 1.82m and 59 kilos, but that doesn’t really tell you much about her. She’s happy enough to model now and then (“It’s pretty solid work”), but it’s fair to say she’s not really model material – so what will become of this rather unusual girl, as she stands on the brink of adulthood? Well, for now she needs to pass those final exams, so as to enrol at the University of Cyprus – though another idea is to study in Scotland where she could also meet up, for the first time, with her family on her mother’s side. It does matter, I suspect, that gap in her life due to the difficult childhood. It’s something she’ll have to make peace with, one way or the other.Meanwhile, the future looms large. It’ll probably take weeks before she even plucks up the courage to talk to anyone at university, she notes ruefully – yet she also affirms that “I like being different, I like being weird, I like being awkward. Because I’m myself”. At least she’s an adult now, I point out. “Yeah, that’s good. But it’s also kind of scary. Because I don’t really know if I’m gonna be able to cope with –” she pauses briefly, indicating life beyond her aunt’s little garden – “the big world out there”. I wish her well. You May LikeClassmates.comLook For Any High School Yearbook, It’s FreeClassmates.comUndoFigLeaf Beta AppHow to Become Fully Anonymous Online in Less Than 3 Minutes? rationalise the fee structure so our fees look comparable to other universities in Punjab There are courses for which the fee is less than Rs 5000 That will be increased to Rs 10000 For the courses where the fees is between Rs 30000 and Rs 40000 not many changes have been proposed In a case of engineering courses we have been asked to increase the fees to make it at par with NITs or PEC From Rs 70000 it has been increased to Rs 90000” He added for courses such as applied sciences and applied social sciences where the students initially do not get high-earning jobs the fees had been increased minimally The Senate also decided that for all new entrants the teachers in respective departments will ascertain their background In case there is some student who comes from a weak economic background and cannot pay fees but is meritorious the varsity would provide concessions Further it has been decided that students who have studied and qualified for their Class XII examination from a government school and have an annual family income of up to Rs 5 lakh will be eligible for fee concessions up to 50 per cent of the tuition fees In case the annual income of the family of such a student is Rs 25 lakh he/she will get 75 per cent fee concession Opposing the fee hike senator Naresh Gaur said that if there has been no increase in the fees for the past decade it does not mean that the students who are to take admission in the current academic session will have to bear the brunt He said that the varsity should start new courses such as MCom through correspondence that will generate more revenue Another senator professor Shelley Walia said education is no longer cheap and the fees at PU needs to be rationalised “Other measures also need to be taken Why should teachers be paid remuneration for paper setting and checking answer sheets It is a part of their work These remunerations should be stopped Honorariums given for works such as flying duty should be stopped” he said Professor Ronki Ram said the students also want to see PU out of financial crisis The aim is to decrease deficit For this we will need to swallow a bitter pill he added A few senators pointed out
